Payroll/Human Resources Admin Clerk

Location: Taylor Pulp
Closing Date: May 23, 2014


As a key member of the Taylor Pulp Admin team, the incumbent will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll and will assist with the administration of the day-to-day Human Resource functions including benefits and employment administration. 

Major Duties:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Benefits reconciliation
  • Participate in recruitment and selection activities
  • Provide administrative support and prepare confidential correspondence for the Pulp Mill Management Team, as required.
  • Relief coverage for reception
  • Other duties as assigned


The successful candidate will bring the following experience and expertise:

  • Minimum grade 12 along with a diploma in Human Resources or a related field (ie business Administration) or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook

Preference may be given to those with extensive experience with:

  • Payroll
